In order to confirm your reservation, please fill out our Credit Card authorization form and the hotel will proceed to a pre-authorization* equal to one (1) night stay.

Cancellation policy

– A pre-authorization equal to one (1) night stay will be applied on your credit card seven(7) days prior to your arrival date.
– Cancellations can be applied three (3) days prior to the confirmed arrival date free of charge.
– Non-Show Guests or cancellations on the confirmed arrival date will be charged with 100% of the total reservation

* Pre-authorization of an electronic debit or credit card transaction, means that the corresponding amount is reserved to confirm your booking. The amount release is completed between 5-10 days, depending on the bank’s policy, making the corresponding amount available to you once again.
